This plan includes your monthly hosting fee of $18/month, $40/month website updating & maintenance,  AND 1/2 hour per month in any update you may need. 

What's Included?

Web Hosting is included plus we include our monthly maintenance and updating.  Each month, a technician will log into your website or WordPress platform and perform all the necessary updates to plugins, themes, and WordPress itself.  Should any issue arise, we will fix it so that the site stays secure, updated, and compatible with future updates.

Do you need updates monthly?

Yes, it is extremely important to have updates whether by us or by yourself in case of upcoming security threats, hacks, and other foreign actors trying to breach your website.  Actors are always trying to scan and bring down websites, and the largest vulnerability among websites these days is not staying updated and current with your software.

Can I do updates myself?

Sure, if you feel comfortable updating WordPress, your themes, and your plugins then you can certainly do so.  This process can often lead to incompatibilities and websites stopping though and we can often find those issues, correct them, reverse updates, and even fix plugins that are incompatible to make sure the updates go smoothly.  Some people do not feel comfortable doing updates as it will sometimes bring your website down, and with our service, we insure your site stays running and fix any issues during these updates.

When do you do updates?

We schedule a technician each month to login and do them on a regular basis.  The timeframe differs for each server and user group but usually towards the beginning of each month.
